We are equipped with projection displays, multiple TV monitors, built-in surround sound, intelligent lighting and more. No need to outsource your audio, video or lighting needs. We have everything you need.

Collaborative Event Production Team

Our event planners will guide you every step of the way in the planning process of your event. Fully versed in designing floor plans, customized bar packages, assisting in the A/V component of your event and even decor elements. We truly are a "one-stop shop" for your event.

Complimentary Parking 

We have a private parking lot directly across the street from Venue West. The lot includes over 160 parking spaces reserved for your event.

COAT CHECK

We offer a separate coat check area for all events. Your clients can feel free to check their coats, bags and any other items for an easy entry into your event.

Venue West has a large selection of furniture from dining tables, crystal Chivari chairs, glass and chrome highboy tables, lounge furniture. Our custom furniture will add a special touch and distinction to your event.

Private Green Room with adjoining bathroom

Outfitted with a private green room for bridal parties, corporate break-out sessions, VIP area and more. We also include an adjoining lavatory for added privacy.
